We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from moderndesignsshop.com. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center. There you can initiate your return request and receive instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please contact our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or special order items that are made specifically for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “Right of Withdrawal” period. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The conditions for the return are consistent with our standard 30-day return policy outlined above.
