&Tradition Lato LN9 coffee table, walnut – Emperador marble

&Tradition’s Lato LN9, designed by Luca Nichetto in 2018, is a sculptural table that combines an oval-shaped walnut veneer top with a luxurious marble base. According to Nichetto, the idea for Lato table came from the shape of a lollipop turned upside down – the slim steel leg and oval-shaped marble base do in fact resemble a lollipop. Growing up at the artisan island of Murano in Venice, Nichetto is used to playing with creative ideas and exploring the boundaries of different materials. Despite its playful source of inspiration, the final appearance of Lato table is calm, refined and timeless. Pair it with the living room’s sofa set or use it as a decorative side table in any room of the house.
