Tapio Anttila Collection’s Limi chair is an elegant example of the endless creative possibilities of bent wood. Consisting of two wooden pieces that have been bent and glued together overlapping each other, the chair’s ergonomic seat is designed to comfortably support the back, while the slender metal legs and asymmetrical crossbars add contrast to the design. Thanks to the materials and manufacturing methods, which create a small opening on the backrest, the chair has a delicate, airy and distinctive look as well as a lightweight and flexible structure. The Limi chair has been awarded the Good Design Award 2017.
