Muuto Visu chair, sled base, black

The Visu chair was designed for Muuto by Finnish designer Mika Tolvanen. The designer has said about his creation: “The task was to create a personal interpretation of the ever-relevant plywood chair. I wanted my chair to have an unobtrusive and timeless nature that is familiar but never boring and without sacrificing function or ergonomics. In the end, I think every detail is exactly as it is supposed to be”. The Visu chair is available with wooden legs or metal legs and with several different shell options.

In 2020 Muuto changed the lacquers used for the Visu collection to water-based options. As a result, the hue of the chairs is slightly different than before.
