At first glance, the Aspide table lamp from GUBI is hard to believe as a luminaire at all. Designed by Italian Gianfranco Frattini, the table lamp captivates with its lustrous chrome-plated steel surface and its distinctive appearance, which almost resembles a sculpture – a very versatile one, allowing you to reshape the lamp according to your mood and surroundings. The table lamp takes its name from the Italian word for snake, ‘asp’, which refers to the sinuous, serpentine shape.
