Ariake Skyladder shelf, low, oak

Ariake’s Skyladder shelf is a unique combination of Asian and Scandinavian influences. Inspired by a fireworks installation by the Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang, designer Gabriel Tan created an evocative shelf reminiscent of a rope ladder hanging from a hot air balloon. Coincidentally, the Saga prefecture where Ariake products are made is known for a hot air balloon festival.
